FRAS-LE AF/645

AF/645 GG is a medium to high friction asbestos-free lining containing a glass and aramid fiber base.
Top quality high temperature resins are added to provide a friction level that is high and stable.
Wear characteristics on general freight applications are similar to most super premium products. Swell and growth are low, and drum degradation is kept to a minimum.
AF/645 GG surpasses the internal dynamometer requirement of the FMVSS 121 brakes standard at a 23,000 lb axles when using an AL factor of 180 (type 30 air chamber and a 6" slack adjuster).
Over a wide range of applications including strenuous high temperature usage AF/645 GG provides outstanding value, srtong brake power and extended wear life.
